About the event
We are hosting a Wellness Day to provide a safe place for people to release, recharge and heal their divine self. Our objective is to give you an amazing experience that will make you look deeper within yourself and release any strongholds you may be carrying with you.
Our intinary:
9:00 am - Welcoming Meditation / Breathwork
11:00 am - Yoga
12:00 pm - Tea Ceremony / Acupunture
2:00 pm - Sound Bath / Reiki
